Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how Obirek Consulting Inc ("Veraxsys," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit the Veraxsys website at veraxsys.ai (the "Site") or contact us. We aim to be plain and honest about what we do with your information.

1. Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you submit our pilot or contact form, we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, company, and the systems and workstream you describe to us.
• Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, we and our analytics provider collect technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view. We use Microsoft Clarity, which records session activity and heatmaps and may record your interactions on the Site (for example, clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement). We also use cookies and similar local-storage technologies to operate the Site and gather these analytics.

2. Why we use your information

We use the information to respond to your inquiries, scope and run pilots, and to operate, secure, and improve the Site and how people experience it.

3. Who we share it with

We share information with service providers ("processors") that act on our behalf:

• Microsoft — for Clarity analytics and for Azure Static Web Apps hosting of the Site.
• Our lead and CRM tooling — to manage and follow up on inquiries you send us.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. Under the GDPR (Articles 12–22), these include the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal data — and as noted above, we do not sell personal data. 5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the inquiry or relationship it relates to, or for as long as the law requires, after which we delete or anonymize it.

6. International processing

Your information may be processed and stored in Canada and in the United States. Where data crosses borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

7. Cookies and analytics opt-out

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Microsoft Clarity respects browser "Do Not Track" signals and can be disabled — you can prevent Clarity from recording your session by enabling Do-Not-Track or blocking the relevant cookies in your browser.
