Terms of Use — Veraxsys

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Veraxsys website at veraxsys.ai (the "Site"), operated by Obirek Consulting Inc ("Veraxsys," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose only

The Site and all content on it are provided for general information about Veraxsys and its platform. Descriptions of product capabilities, features, connectors, timelines, and roadmap reflect our current plans and may change without notice. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or the functionality it describes at any time.

2. No contractual offer; no binding commitment

Nothing on the Site is an offer, warranty, or guarantee, and nothing on the Site creates a contract between you and Veraxsys. Any engagement, pilot, pricing, credit, or service is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between the Site and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. No guarantee of results

Any figures, savings, time-to-value, productivity gains, or outcome statements presented on the Site are estimates and illustrations only — not guaranteed results. Actual results depend on your environment, scope, data, and team, and will vary. You should not rely on any such statement as a promise of performance.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, layout, logos, and the "Veraxsys" name and marks — are owned by Obirek Consulting Inc or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you no license or right to use them except to view the Site for your own informational use. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

5. Third-party systems and trademarks

The Site references third-party systems and platforms — including Clarity PPM, Jira, Odoo, ServiceNow, and others. These names and marks are the trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on the Site is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation between those owners and Veraxsys.

6. "As is"; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Obirek Consulting Inc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your access to, use of, or reliance on the Site or its content.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site is the version in effect. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
